WooCommerce Troubleshooting
WooCommerce Tracking Cannot Be Enabled
- Check that WooCommerce is installed.
- Check that WooCommerce is active.
- Reload the JP Agent Tracking Bridge settings page.
Ecommerce Events Do Not Reach GA4
- Check that WooCommerce tracking is enabled in JP Agent Tracking Bridge.
- Inspect the browser
dataLayer. - Check that the ecommerce GTM trigger includes the required ecommerce events.
- Check that the GA4 ecommerce tag uses the event name dynamically.
- Check that ecommerce data is sent with the GA4 event.
- Check consent status.
Purchase Does Not Fire
- Check the WooCommerce order status.
- Check the configured Purchase statuses in JP Agent Tracking Bridge.
- Check whether the purchase was already emitted for the order.
- Remember that duplicate purchase protection intentionally prevents repeat emission.
