Troubleshooting
The Agent Cannot Connect
- Check that Start Tagging is active.
- Generate a new Agent Connection if the previous session has been revoked.
- Check that the AI agent is using the current connection information.
- Check that the website REST/API endpoints are accessible.
- Check firewall, security plugin and server rules if requests are blocked.
The Connection Returns 410
Current versions use a two-step bootstrap flow so normal link previews should not consume the connection credential.
If a 410 response still occurs:
- Press Stop Tagging.
- Press Start Tagging again.
- Use the newly generated connection.
- Make sure the plugin and agent tooling are up to date.
