Google Connection Problems
Google Account Connected but GTM Is Not Found
- Check the GTM Container ID entered in JP Agent Tracking Bridge.
- Confirm that the signed-in Google account has access to that GTM container.
- Do not select another container simply because it is available.
Google Account Connected but GA4 Is Not Found
- Check the GA4 Measurement ID entered in JP Agent Tracking Bridge.
- Confirm that the signed-in Google account has access to the correct Analytics property.
- Reconnect Google if access was recently changed.
Google Authorization Was Revoked
Use Connect Google again and complete the Google authorization process.
