Modern UIkit overrides for PhocaCart modules

We have reworked some of the modules that comes with PhocaCart for better functionality for YOOtheme and with a solid understanding of UIkit.

Phoca Cart Cart Module

We have reworked the cart to be a single button similar to what we had in VMuikit. When pressed an modal opens with the content of the cart. This method have been very effective for our VMuikit clients.

Phoca Cart Search Module

PhocaCart comes with a great search module and we have only modified this to listen to the active YOOtheme template layout etc - to not break the design/layout when using PCuikit.

Phoca Cart Filter Module

PhocaCart comes with a filter funtion that we have keep quite intact. However it does (just like the search module) keep listening to active YOOtheme template to keep design/UI elements the same.
We are working on making overrides for ALL standrad PhocaCart modules. PhocaCart comes with quite a few so this is a work in progress where we have started the work on the most important ones in first priority.

Can I use PCuikit on multiple websites?
Yes its free to use on as many websites as you want!
Do I need YOOtheme Pro subscription?

Yes, PCuikit needs Joomla, PhocaCart and YOOtheme Pro installed to work properly. You can buy YOOtheme Pro here.

What PhocaCart version do you support?

We have focused the PCuikit development with the new 5.x.x series from PhocaCart. This is the version created for Joomla 5 and this will be our focus also.

Its always a good parctise to have a copy of your eCommerce site for development where you upgrade and do some tests.

What PHP version?

We always recommend you use PHP 8.1+ when you work with Joomla and PhocaCart.

What Joomla® version?

PCuikit 2 was created for Joomla® 5.x series.

What version of YOOtheme Pro?

ALWAYS use the latest version of YOOtheme Pro. We are writting cutting edge code here for their Dynamic Content system and its important that you use latest version.

PCuikit 2 we used YOOtheme Pro 4.4+ while developing.
