VM Utilities issue - not load more product

Hi

I inserted the VM Utilities Load More component in my ecommerce, immediately under the product grid of a list of products inside a layout in the catalog, set max 9 products per page in virtuemart shopfront, but the Load More function does not load the next products, both with the button and without button (scroll).
What should be verified?

 
 

 We have checked the VM Utilities "Load More" feature in our testing environment with Joomla 5.2.5 and  VirtueMart 4.4.6 11108 , it works well, find the attached video for your reference. Also check the "Load jQuery" option is enabled in the  "YOOtheme" website builder inside the Joomla admin  "Settings -> Advanced". I checked that JQuery was active on the Yootheme settings, I also verified the Virtuemart settings as indicated in your guide, but the problem persists.

The Load More function does not load the next product in virtuemart!

Question: in the display settings of the product in the front end, how many should I set by page?
6/9 Articles? Is there a limit that must be set? Could this be the problem?

Answer: You can set either 6 or 9 depends upon your requirements and it will not affect the functionality of the load more  feature in VM Utilities.
