Is there a way to show the location link?

Hi!

I am trying to create a list of events using grid pro as well as custom sources. I'm trying to get fairly close to the joomdonation timeline layout but with the control of the grid. I can not figure out how, or if it's possible, to have the location / address link to the location? I've attached mock ups of what I'm trying to achieve and the link / map that I'm hoping to make work.
