Troubleshooting

Vote button does nothing

• Clear website and browser cache.
• Check the browser console for JavaScript errors.
• Temporarily disable JavaScript optimization/minification.
• Confirm the latest plugin version is installed.

Chart does not appear

• Confirm Show Chart is enabled.
• Clear YOOtheme and browser cache.
• Check whether ECharts loads correctly.
• Check the browser console.

Chart text is difficult to read

• Set Chart Text Color to Auto.
• Select a contrasting Chart Background.
• Change the chart bar color if it is too similar to the panel.

Visitor can vote again

• Check that cookies are enabled.
• Confirm that the Poll ID has not changed.
• Confirm that the plugin vote database table exists.
• Check whether aggressive page caching is serving stale content.

Results changed or disappeared

• Confirm that the Poll ID has not been changed.
• Each Poll ID represents its own stored results.
