Default "Order By" value missing in PCUikit Custom Manufacturer source

When using the PCUikit Custom manufacturer source, no manufacturers are displayed until I manually select an "Order By" value. I think it would be helpful if this had a default setting, as it was a bit confusing — especially when selecting just one manufacturer and seeing nothing appear.

One more small suggestion:
Currently, sorting is only possible by ID or title in ascending/descending order. Could we also have options to sort by ordering or count_products, and optionally filter by only featured or exclude featured?
This would make it possible to list featured manufacturers first, or exclude manufacturers with only a few products that are less important.

We have fixed the order by default value issue and added ordering, product count options to sorting list. Also added filter by featured option to list featured manufacturers. You can use these updates in our next version file. Thank you
