Date sources not returning proper DateTime type

When adding a datetime source such as Updated Date, Created Date or Product Delivery Date, the source returns a string in the format "0000-00-00 00:00:00", however this isn't of type datetime, so cannot be formatted in the builder.

Typically, the source should have an option to customize the date/time display by entering something like "l, F j, Y H:i:s" in a date format field associated with the source.

This would then be able to be used for date-matching, date/time offsets or timezone calculations, date/time sorting, or used in other dynamic features.

 We have added a date format field to Updated Date, Created Date and Product Delivery Date dynamic content source. Also updated the package file of next version release. Thank you
